Parker's 1 Month Check-up

My sweet little Parker had a perfect 1 Month Check-up! He is as healthy as a horse and is growing and gaining weight like crazy! He weighed in at 9lb 5oz (35%) and was 21 3/4 inches long (75%) which is EXACTLY what Philip was in height and weight at his 1 Month appointment... I feel like I am living my same life with Philip all over again and I love every minute of it! My boys are the greatest gifts from God and I can only imagine what joy Parker and Philip will continue to bring to my life everyday!

Best Buddies

Phil and Philip's new favorite word is "buddy." Phil says it to Philip everyday and so now every morning when Philip wakes up and sees Phil... he has started saying, "hey buddy." He also has even started calling "Carker" his "buddy" too... so here are my three buddies... I am so blessed and I cant tell you how much I love my boys!!

Parker's first Photo Shoot

At just seven days old, Parker had his first official modeling shoot! He did so great and is definitely a little model in the making for sure! Of course, I just had to drive him all the way to Atlanta for his Fancy Pants Photos shoot... Kylie was so amazing and literally took my call on Friday and was set-up at my parents house on Sunday to capture our little angel. I just love love love these pictures... it is not how many breaths we take in life but the moments that take our breath away like these that we will always cherish in our hearts! (I apologize for the photo's being a little grainy here but it is due to the finish of the pics... so sorry).

Carker... wanna play?

Philip is obsessed with his new baby brother these days!! And since he can't say his "p's" yet, he calls him "Carker." Philip who isn't even two yet doesn't understand that Parker can't do all the things he does and loves to do so he constantly makes sure Parker is included in all his daily activities. He talks to him all day long and Philip's favorite new line to Parker is, "Carker, wanna play?" and then he proceeds to let Parker have or play with whatever toy he has at that moment. Today I walked in and saw that Philip had decided to share his Go Go Diego and favorite AFLAC duck with his baby brother so he could play with them too... and this is the picture I got... priceless! Poor Parker...

His First Breath Took ours Away

It's a BOY!! We gladly welcomed Stephen "Parker" Brosseau into the world on February 15, 2010 at 1:41am four weeks early. He weighed 6lbs 4oz, was 19 inches long and was perfect from head to toe! We are so in love and I can't imagine what life was ever like without him!! Thank you Lord for blessing us with this precious new little baby boy as we are still in awe of your perfect miracles. Parker is so sweet and looks of course identical to his big brother Philip at this age. He is named after my wonderful daddy Stephen and will always have a special bond with his Papa Doc for sure! Now we have TWO boys under the age of TWO... watch out world, here we come!

Hello Charlotte... leaving the hospital
I love you "Carker" as Philip calls him

Meeting his new brother for the first time

Happy Valentine's Day
Philip had a perfect Valentine's Day this year which started off with breakfast consisting of an OREO cupcake from his Gigi and Papa Doc ("CAKE" as he kept cheering when we gave it to him) along with his favorite m&m's sent all the way from Texas from his Mimi and Grande (it was a nutritional meal for sure... I mean they are all made with eggs, right?!). His day was then followed by sledding in the snow for the first time ever which he absolutely LOVED (he cackled the whole way down the driveway and kept saying "more, more, more"), opening Dr Seuss books galore from his Gigi and Papa Doc (or otherwise known as "Ga Ga Doc" as he calls him these days which sounds more and more like "Lady Ga Ga" everyday) and Mommy and Daddy along with his very own new duck feet shoes! He loved getting to spend his second ever Valentines Day with all of us who love him so much! What can we say... he is a very loved little boy!! Then later that night, Philip went to bed and mommy and daddy went to the hospital as I officially was in labor. When Philip woke up the next morning... he had a new baby brother, Stephen Parker Brosseau!

Defax will be coming soon... Philip is sitting on top of Papa Doc's car covered in snow and loved every minute of it
