Philip and Parker had a very happy easter... from easter sunday church and baskets full of goodies from the easter bunny to easter egg hunts, train rides in Freedom Park, pony rides, cotton candy and snowcones which he shared with Texie, my children had a blast and loved sharing every minute of it with our best friends Holden, Holly and Kevin Harrell. Philip loved the train ride the best... and he literally was waving to all the people we passed like he was some sort of celebrity while doing his hand in the hair saying "choo choo" and "all abode" (a.k.a for all aboard... we are working on our "r's"). Philip of course dominated the hunt as Parker and Holden opted to sleep instead... but Texie sure did help Philip find and of course eat the candy in the eggs... what a fun day! Also on the agenda for our day was a easter pic of the boys in their matching smoked bunny outfits... but as most of you mommies know out there... this was not an easy task. Especially since we attempted it after Philip had eaten ten tons of chocolate and candy... let's just say sitting still was not on his agenda! So we did our best... Happy Easter! We are all so blessed on this amazing day... He is risen!
Parker, I hate to tell you but this picture will probably resurface at your rehearsal dinner one day... sorry and I love you
First Attempt at getting a good Easter Pic...
Take One
Take Two...
And we surrender... Kids Win 4 to Zero!
Our men and our boys
Choo Choo
Parker had a great view of the carnival... poor second child syndrome but I must confess I absolutely LOVE my Phil and Ted's double stroller
Does this look like Phil Brosseau or what... it is scary sometimes how much Philip is turning into Phil right before my eyes!
Gotta love a long day at a carnival with two kids
And this is Philip on red snowcone sugar.... AHHHHH!
