Welcome to the World... Benjamin Thomas Buckler

October 8th was a very special and blessed day! The Buckler family just got bigger and is now even more blessed than we could ever imagine!! My sweet little nephew was born in Atlanta and so I loaded up the boys the day after we got home from Dallas and drove to the ATL to meet our new nephew/cousin. The boys were beyond excited and so on October 8 at 8pm, Benjamin Thomas Buckler "Ben" was born weighing in at 8lbs 8oz... think his lucky number will be 8?! I sure do!! The boys also loved getting to have a special sleepover with their cousins Alli Lane and Boots and since we won't get to see them for the holidays... we felt so blessed to have been able to go for a fun family visit. Gigi and Papa Doc of course loved celebrating Ben's birth with all of their grandchildren there... and it looks like we might have even squeezed in a special grandparents christmas card pic. So fun... love y'all all more than words and miss you already! xoxo

Big D... here we come

Last weekend, we took the boys to Dallas for a fun visit to Mimi and Grande's house. With me not being able to travel for the holidays with this new baby on the way, we wanted to take full advantage of our last few weeks of freedom. We had such a blast, ate lots of Mi Cocina (the boys are now hooked), loved on our Mimi, Grande, Sam, Danny and Di and the boys especially loved getting to go for the very first time to the big Texas State fair!! It is out of the this world and if you have never been... I highly recommend it, it is bigger and better than any fair Ive ever been to EVER. And as they say... guess everything really is bigger in Texas!!
